I dissect RTLife video on eFuels aka Synthetic Fuels. We have to stop relying on hopium and bread crumbs when it comes to Car Culture.
First, we have to understand how CBDC will affect car culture, modding cars and making them unique and our own. Those of us that have lived in Soviet countries will recognize CBDC as nothing more than ration cards, going beyond staple items like food, and able to limit and control what we buy, car parts, exhaust, manifolds, turbos etc.
This was quite emotional for me, recalling the 1989 Romanian Revolution, as so many similarities exist between our current policies and those of Ceausescu.
Having money means nothing if you cannot use that money for what you want to spend it on. Car mods would be limited based on whatever edicts and dictates of the day. Already exhaust mods are under attack, with the EPA spearheading dubious laws, many of which are overturned in court. But the end results is the same. If the manufacturers that make these kids go out of business, while appeals take years, is that not the same effect as having a total ban on modifying certain car systems?
This strategy has been used with significant success in the 2A realm. The same is applied now to our cars. Even noise laws are becoming insane.
Australia was in the news recently with their banks limiting the amount of hard currency and it was spurred me onto this train of thought. Without cash, how deep and severe would the effects be on the car community, from parts to buying the entire car on craigslist, Facebook marketplace, Bring A Trailer. It would be an almost immediate halt to the way we do things. The war on repair and customizing is already in full swing, as Dodge prepares from the new 2024 Dodge Charger Banshee where modifying will be impossible. Direct Connection will be the only way to modify the drive train and while EV supporters will make claims that this is better, there are still gasoline variants to the Charger. What is the excuse then? How come I can modify a Hellcat but not a Hurricane engine?
So, this is why, we need to challenge each other, like RTLife that is either ignorant to the truths of these eFuels, or simply doesn’t care and is only seeking views. So many younger guys hope to be a part of the Brotherhood of Muscle, but giving them false hope isn’t helping.
I debunk the whole insanity of synthetic fuels, be they actually the same chemical as traditional fuels, or the seeming blurring of lines between methane and propane. Which is it? Are efuels just propane or actual gasoline? There is still so much that can be said, and will be said as this is a topic that won’t be going away.
Synthetic Fuels (eFuel) seems like a Theranos level scam…bigly!
