In this guided breathwork session with Master Trainer Ram Jain, we introduce advanced breathing exercises like Kapalbhati (Skull Shining Breath), Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing), and Bumble Bee Breath to harmonize the nervous system and rejuvenate the body.

Important❗
• The place for practice should be clean & well ventilated.
• Breathing should be gentle without any exertion.
• Keep the focus throughout the practice on your inhalation, exhalation & retention. If the mind wanders away, gently bring it back to your breathing.
Precautions⚠️
• Pregnant women should not follow this breathwork training.
• People with hypertension, any cardiovascular issues or anxiety should avoid Kapalbhati pranayama and be very cautious with breath retention.
• Please be advised to consult with your physician or other health care professional before beginning this breathwork challenge to make sure that it is appropriate for your needs.
