On April 6, 2021, at 12:35 PM, the victim, 30 year-old male, was inside the WAWA located at 1190 Market Street he was involved in a dispute with an unknown black male. When the victim left the store he was confronted by the suspect along with another unknown black male when words were exchanged. The second unknown black male then sprayed the victim with a liquid substance causing burning to his eyes. Both Suspects then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black or Hispanic male, 6'1" tall, thin build light skin, wearing a black hat. Black sweatshirt, orange sweatpants, black socks and brown slippers.
Suspect #2: Black male, 5'6" tall, thin build, wearing a black hat, black track suit, black and green shirt, gray sneakers, armed with pepper spray.
