have I the friendliest neighbours in London, if not all of Britain?

Here's a great idea for a new show for mainstream media. I'm hoping the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 or Five will pounce on this concept bringing in a potentially huge audience. A ratings winner no less.
To get the ball rolling so to speak, I nominate my neighbours for the first show which should pull in millions of viewers. Earbuds or headphones may be required to listen to some of the blessings and praise foisted upon me by my neighbours here at Dayak Court in Peckham, south east London.
Some of the recordings were taken from a longer video where strangers regale me with similar greetings and well wishing as those by my neighbours and because my editing skills are basic, they have been included.
