The Zionist concept of Jewish loyalty is contained in the U.S. State Dept.’s definition of antisemitism. The definition undermines Zionism because if people and institutions censor, by defining it as antisemitic, the notion that Jewish persons have more loyalty to the State of Israel than to their own country, the notion will be stifled, Jewish people will think it bigoted and false and thus they will not develop loyalty to the State of Israel, thus undermining Zionism’s efforts to convince Jews to support and immigrate to the State of Israel.
