[The AMC TC] Episode 3 Mission 2 : Quest For The Golden Sang Part 1 [No Commentary]
Over the next few videos, we're gallavanting around the Gaza Pyramids to try and catch the sinister Le Sang, the doppelganger of Sang created when he consummated his Warlock powers.
This introduces us to the *first* big feature of Episode 3: the Egypt Hub. A home away from home where we still have access to Equipment, Upgrades, and Research while away from The Allied Military Complex HQ (can't change characters, though). We won't be seeing it much since I intend to basically spend the entire time in the missions themselves.
This looks like it's going to be absurdly easy to play through as Sang since most of the enemies are Supernatural - this was a nightmare last time when I used Rusty due to his smaller range of anti-Supernatural weapons amd him generally being on the underpowered side of the roster.
And in case you somehow hadn't noticed, this chunk of Episode 3 lifts HEAVILY from Powerslave/Exhumed, one of my favourite console shooters (the PC release is pretty meh).

~~NOTABLE ITEMS AND SECRETS~~
08:32 -- A small stash of weapons and ammo can be seen right at the start, but won't be obtainable until we come back with an Artifact that gives you a high-jump.
*18:16 -- In the large rectangular room (essentially a huge indoor lake surrounded with Anubites every time you come in), swim under the main walkway and keep an eye upwards - you'll find a small room with a corpse in it, surrounded by Health, your R-Item, and some wads of cash.
**19:45 -- In the large room with two tiers, remember to dive into the water and grab the Flippers. I'm not sure if they're an "essential" item exactly, but they allow you to permanently move at sprint-speed in water, and will save you taking some drowning damage in several places before getting the Artifact of this level.
35:12 -- You can hopefully see the hole in the wall I'm staring at and see the indentation of it on the Automap - this isn't accessible until an Artifact has been obtained that allows gliding over distances.
*49:40 -- In the final submerged room (linking you back to the Hub) which you can only access after getting the first Artifact, look for a tiny segment of wall that has a red-eyed skull carved into it. Opening it and exploring inside counts as a Secret, containing a Health Amulet and several large piles of treasure.
