TOXIC PEOPLE and TOXIC EMOTIONS

'Toxic' in this context means 'energy draining'.

I think that ANY OF US CAN BE PERCEIVED AS TOXIC depending on the person we are interacting with and depending on the emotions which are predominant in our life at a particular time. So, the toxicity may be a result of negative emotions or incompatibility, and it's not about a person itself.

However, some people are perceived as toxic more than others. Why?

It's because they hold on to negative (toxic) emotions more than to positive ones.

Examples of toxic emotions:
👉shame
👉guilt
👉blame
👉anger
👉fear
👉pride

These emotions will have negative impact on our social interactions and on our health. That is why it is beneficial to learn how to LET GO of these energies. Please try it and you will see that LETTING GO will have a healing effect on your physical and mental health.
