As I mention in the webinar since the end of September 2018 I have been doing a N=1 biohack that has brought my health to the best I've ever felt ever and I'm the strongest pound for pound I've ever been at 43 years old.
As a strength coach, nutritionist, fitness professional it would always frustrate me when only some people would get the best results, some would get mediocre results and some would get just a little or absolutely none. The main reason is because it isn't about food and exercise. That is part of it, but it should never be the main part.
