Day Trading Patience NOT My Friend Today

Looking over my shoulder as I "F" up today losing 46 ticks overall to close my pro funded account from a swing high of 1900 to now sitting at 1340 plus.

Yes, it was plus. We did not have 1 bar over 1K at any point in the trading session.

I WILL NOT TAKE ANOTHER LONG without VOLUME to bring me in. This caused a world of hurt to me today.

Thank GOD it's only one trading day and I have FRIDAY still on the table to do better. I can only watch and pretend from this point ... there was NO PRICE ACTION to trade today.

I was stupid and dumb in my day trading today and I deserved to lose today.
