This is part I of an interview with Margy and Jack Flynn on the history of the Constitution for the United States of America.
The Constitution was adopted in 1787 and amended in 1791 with the Bill of Rights, with Article VI, Clauses 2 & 3 claiming our God-given rights, our birthrights guaranteed in the Constitution. And stating clearly that the Constitution is the supreme LAW of the LAND.
With the Civil War and the infiltration of Marx and Engels’ Communist Manifesto, Das Kapital and other communist writings in the late 1840s and 50;s, “massive amounts of communists began to infiltrate America and their sinister influence spread unabated,” state the Flynns. This included their communist influence financially and politically in Congress to displace the original Constitution through a fraudulent Congressional move thereby creating a corporate document, the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES in 1871, creating a corporate charter located in the corporate city-state of Washington, D.C.
This was a fraudulent Congressional move by a treasonous Congress and the associated power forces.
This unlawful government orchestrated a corporatized system with a circuitous and overtly complicated structure of legal statutes, codes, regulations and rules that have nothing to do with our inalienable, unalienable and birth rights guaranteed in the Constitution of 1791. This original Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. Any and all statutes, codes, regulations, rules or orders as designed and incorporated through the act of Congress in 1971, that go against this Supreme Law of the Land, are invalid and unlawful. Period.
Each and every elected official swears an Oath to uphold the Constitution. The original Constitution of 1791. The oath of office is to secure public trust. By not supporting our Constitutionally secured rights, the Bill of Rights, as amended and part of the Constitution, these officials perjure their oaths, commit fraud upon the Court. Fraud vitiates everything.
For over 60 years, the Flynns have been teaching the ins and outs of history of this country and the Constitution.
