Full Moon Matinee presents CITY OF FEAR (1959).

An escaped convict (Edwards) has gotten possession of a canister that he believes contains heroin – but it’s really a highly radioactive substance that could kill most of the population of Los Angeles. Exposure to it is slowly killing him, but the police need to find him – and it – before the rest of the city is threatened.
Film Noir. Crime Drama. Suspense.
