Putting in some solid training

Another no commentary training video. It's pretty rare to have multiple days with no music playing on the speakers at the gym. Once I got to the clean and jerk work, I was feeling very tired. I don't know if it was from being at school at day for professional development stuff or still being a bit sick, but I was struggling a bit to get through the last two exercises.
