This is my third attemt at running with sandals. I run aware of my breathing, noise of my steps and overall balance. I think I'm getting the hang of it and won't have blisters anymore. One must be patient when making changes for the body to adapt. I like to challenge myself, gently nudging my limits, first barefoot, then the cold, now sandals. I no longer use intervals or follow a beat. I just listen to myself. So I made 12k in about 1h20m, which I don't even think about. I think it's time i find a coach or friend to help me with my form.
