Im Rahmen der COVID-Gesetzgebung wird allüberall nach Zertifikaten verlangt. Problematisch daran ist, dass die Zertifikate ohne Ausweis gar nicht gültig sein sollen, es aber für eine Pflicht, sich auszuweisen oder eben zu identifizieren, in der Schweiz keine gesetzliche Grundlage gibt.
