Gmail Notifications Not Working [Fixed]

Recently, Google's Gmail app had stopped sending me notifications about new emails. I would have to open the app and refresh to see what messages I'd received. It turns out there was a setting that had been changed recently. You have to go into Manage Labels and make sure that you are getting notifications for every message you receive.
