Training is a lifetime endeavor. For those who live in northern lattitudes the snow is coming. Will you embrace it or hide in your house and avoid the health benefits of the cold and sun. Sun is still there in the winter. Weak but always better than nothing. Training outdoors is always better outdoors than in (obviously don't train in a tornado or monsoon). Training molds the mind for stronger people. Cold molds the mind for stronger people.
Be a strong(ER) person. The world needs you.
