This is the first day on which MEP candidate nomination forms could be submitted to the electoral services department and as the south west region UKIP sud agent I was determined to get them in and checked as soon as was possible.

We were the first in and that showed that contrary to what some people have been saying, UKIP is organised and professional.

So how did I get on?
