5 Year Ex Vegan Interview - Hair Loss, Chronic Fatigue Extreme Dry Skin, Muscle Atrophy, Insomnia
There are so many vegans making the switch back to animal foods every day to regain their health that had been destroyed on a vegan diet due to it being a malnourishing unsustainable diet unlike what a lot of vegans out there belief and I got the chance to interview a lovely ex-vegan who went through all of this.
Jonnelle Williams is the ex-vegan I interviewed in this video and she was vegan for 5 years, she got into the vegan diet because she wanted to optimize her health to the best of her ability and she got told time and time again about the vegan diet being the best diet for her health, the planet, and the animals which resulted in her being extremely brainwashed by vegan dogma, pseudoscience, and ideologies.
She found that initially, she got some health benefits but after eating the vegan diet for 1 year her health holistically just went down and downhill for the next 4 years on the vegan diet, during this time period she ending up with hair thinning, hair loss, extremely dry skin, head sores, lips turning grey, face drooping on one side, digestive issues, muscle atrophy, beginning stages of arthritis, missing menstrual cycles, extreme fatigue, insomnia, brain fog, hemorrhoids, teeth began to crowd from jawline decreasing, etc.
At the 5 year mark on her vegan journey, she got to breaking point because her health had deteriorated so much for such a long period of time and she was seeing no improvements of any of the ill effects that had come up for her on her vegan journey.
Due to this happening, she finally made the choice to switch to a carnivore diet for 3 months, and during this time within just one month of eating this way she resolved every issue that had been induced inside and out of her body that she had previously on the vegan diet.
