Help the Chicago Police Department identify this individual. In each of the incidents, victims were walking on the public way when they observed a vehicle pull up near them. Two offenders then exited the vehicle and approached the victims on foot while a third offender waited in the driver's seat of the vehicle. Victims were then robbed of their personal belongings. In several of the incidents, victims were battered by one, or both, of the offenders. The offenders then re-entered the vehicle and fled location of occurrence.
