Ninkasi is one of those breweries that I've had some excellent brews from, sadly this isn't one of them. With a nice interesting albeit light nose, a light initial hit, fast burn thru the middle and a hard bittering on the back end this isn't one for the rotation. An American take on a classic German that missed. The ABV is 5.5 the IBUs are 40 the SRM is a 3and the O.G./degrees Plato aren't available.
