The most important thing for a human's health is seeing the sunrise. And preferably grounded.
Sunrise is most important, followed by UVA, then sunset are the 3 most important sunlight frequencies.
If you have low vitamin D, you need to build your solar callus with those frequencies just mentioned and as well later evening sun before sunset.
The sun and nature is always the solution. It is never drugs, doctors, workouts, nutrition, or supplements.
