Not the best example of a chocolate porter. It has more of an espresso taste, lingering and burnt. It hit bitter up front, has a very prolonged middle and finishes dirty. I was not impressed w this example from this New Mexican brewery. Running 5.7 ABV 35 IBUs and the SRM is just a shade under Eldritch.
Not a fan of this but if you like the coffee notes it might work for you.
