Stars Conspicuously Missing From Moon Photos

Close up photos show foggy stars, as if shot from under the earth's atmosphere refute the lie that shutter speed was too fast to capture bright stars seen from the moon. We have been lied to about the 1969 Manned Lunar Landing. It was staged from earth and a close look at the border between the mound and the background shows foggy white dots, as one might see, if the shot was taken under the earth's water vapor atmosphere. After 50 years of believing the lie, is it time to get a clue? Shutter speed won't capture bright stars from the moon, but it does capture foggy stars seen through the water vapor atmosphere?
