Where & what is the testimony - Where to from here

My weight loss journey just continues to play out as a living, breathing companion of my walk of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. A sequence of events has brought the whole thing to a climax, what appears to be its close. But as always for me in my life there must be this asterisk. We have white bread rolls, old ladies telling me to stop, visits to the Dr & dentist, breakfast cereal & even a late cameo from the New Zealand man who thinks everything is funny. I continue to ask myself, “what's the testimony, & where is the Holy Spirit in all this?” It would appear that my dear and much beloved Alex has pulled me out of the fire & saved me from myself.
