Spirit Wellness is the topic this week. Frequency, vibrations, aura, the ether. Feelings and how they can protect, heal and guide. It's been working for others and it's been working for your humble vagabond, and that's what matters most to me.
I expect that it will work for you as well, but I cannot tell you how to start or how to continue. I can share with you how I did it. Certainly it's a matter of trial and error.
Never kept it secret, but there're at least two barriers that keep me from passing it around to others.
But first, let me share this; some of the "practices" I've shared with my immediate family, although we no longer live under the same roof, have been working for them. Those "cosmic coincidences" happen more often, are more memorable and more noticable. We share the stories. I've shared the Penny story with you; the found cash, the encounters with those in need and maybe some of the random energetic waves I've been feeling more and more often. Maybe I've mentioned the ways I shoo away the "demons" (bad vibes) that disrupt my focus and thoughts.
It works to the level that you believe it works.
Here are the two barriers that keep most people from successfully existing in these frequencies. Doubt. Maybe doubt is the only barrier. The other one is a catch-all barrier. It's Fear. There might be fifty-five layers of gear that keep folks from believing, even though they have been reaping these metapharcical rewards their whole lives.
A random meeting at a party led your humble vagabond to a ten year side hustle of teaching group fitness sessions. A 20 minute DJ set in a bar while the main DJ took a break, turned into a regular party night.
What would happen if you imagined and set your intentions to what you wanted to do and Universe supported your goals? The barriers would fall away. The answers would come and you'd be shown the way.
Too bad no one reads these. I can reveal cosmic secrets but no one takes the time to absorb them. Ha ha. The jokes in you. But not for long.
