Over the years I've experimented with the "high raw" and food combining diets and in the past five years I've incorporated all the elements of the Seignalet (pronounce it "Saynyalay") diet. The Healthiest Lunch Ever is the result of this experimentation and refining process.
Note: this meal is vegan because there is no animal protein in it but I do not recommend the vegan diet. I have an evening meal with no concentrated carbohydrate but WITH concentrated protein, usually animal protein like fish, eggs, meat etc - but no dairy). Start the day with one of my two versions of the Healthiest Breakfast Ever (HBE). Snack on some fruit or some dates 90 minutes later then have my Healthiest Lunch Ever around 12 noon. For dinner I suggest a "protein meal" of a large salad with some sauerkraut, avocado and yeast flakes added with protein. For example 3 soft boiled eggs, or some nuts or my 2 minute steak tartare, cooked prawns, raw wild salmon flakes or the occasional (not more than once a week) charcuterie in the form of saucisson, parma ham, chorizo, bresaula etc.
Make sure you get plenty of vitamin d in the form of supplementation or even better from a measured dose of UVB light from my tanning bed.
