In Episode 1, titled "Ultra Operation No.1," the story begins with the Science Patrol, a team of brave individuals tasked with defending Earth from various threats, encountering a mysterious alien spacecraft that crashes on Earth. Investigating the crash site, they discover a giant glowing orb known as a "Spacium Ray Capsule" and a strange red and silver being trapped within. This being merges with one of the Science Patrol members, Shin Hayata, who then transforms into the giant superhero Ultraman. As Ultraman, Hayata joins forces with the Science Patrol to combat monstrous threats and protect Earth from destruction. Episode 1 sets the stage for the series' action-packed adventures and introduces viewers to the iconic hero Ultraman and his allies.
