Central Detective Division is seeking the public's help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.

On September 27, 2022, at 2:30 am, an unknown black male gained entry by breaking the front door glass of Jasmine Rice Restaurant located at 306 S. 16th St. Once inside he rummaged
through the restaurant and office but ends up taking nothing. The suspect then left the area in an unknown direction.

Suspect Description: Black male, medium build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and gray "New Balance"sneakers.
