I needed to get away from my artificial environment in the worst way. I could feel depression coming upon me. So......out into my natural environment I went. I didn't care we were supposed to have rain possibly with strong winds, I needed to go. I grabbed my tarp and backpack. Hubby dropped me off at The Woodland Mounds which was a new place for me to explore. Thankfully, I had to deal with just some rain and had a nice mental health day with my tarp shelter, iced tea, and some lunch in the woods.
