You basically can't eat any any restaurant and avoid cooking oils. All cooking oil in restaurants is GMO. they're not in the business of health. And on top of it all there is glyphosate on top of the stack. Almost everything that has GMO ingredients in it is covered in glyphosate so its a double whammy. There's often more problems than this. Almost anything sugar based is GMO because the GMO shit is cardboard. you have to make it appealing to sell it. Hence hiding the taste with sugar

so triple whammy. theres like 5 more whammies left. All diary is garbage basically. All commercial diary anyways. Theres a lot. But basically if you buy it at the store and can eat it without cooking it its almost guaranteed to be GMO. There are exceptions. Ask me if you want to know for sure.

Also. Organic is pretty much a scam too. There is a lot to this. Organic can be meaningful for good nutritional choices. but you can never expect any worthwhile nutrition because something is organic. IT might be better for you but its not going to provide you worthwhile nutrition. Thats hard to explain but my other videos about supplements do so.
