There are 3 main element to an attack and like the Fire triangle fuck one of them you have no fire. In an attack there is surprise, speed and violence of action. Now I have done numerous videos as to fuck with the element of surprise because that element is the easiest to remedy. To remedy that one is information that can be adapted. It is better to be over educated and under trained. Rather than over trained and under educated. Again if you know what you’re facing then you aren’t going to be as scared. As the cliche goes, “and knowing is half the battle!” Well, with speed you have to put in some work. In physics speed is distance divided by time. But there are many factors that tend to go into fighting that add more nuance to this than just feet or miles per hour of second. It’s a bit more complicated. One there is the human factor & that’s very critical. The other is logistics. And the other is strategy. Essentially you have to think more like a hunter than a combatant. I am going to share a few videos that I made before as review to help you to fuck up speed and you’ll have to do some research. The last element is violence of action and I’ll probably keep that one shorter.
