Tracey Naughton says, "This played at my dad's funeral. This is the first time I've been able to listen to it for almost 4 years."
I think it's important to keep death in perspective when you wake up each morning. Funerals are powerful reminders.
Another woman writes, "I lost my husband in 2013. He served in the Marine Corps for 20 years. I had this song played at his funeral. Wish you were here, Jimbo."
Misty writes: "To the most important man in my life John Suttle, you were, are and always will be everything to me. R.I.P. 1970 - 2019."
The comments really amplify the song.
Sometimes people say Christianity is a death cult.
In my opinion most don't think enough about death. There's something so powerful about seeing someone you love a year, a month, an hour before they die. In those moments you reconnect with the best parts of who you are.
