Blue light is everywhere.
ANd it is just like smoking or vegan diets-- you can do it for decades but the health fades and fades year after year.
Turning on the light switch at night or before sunrises is destroying your hormones; cortisol and melatonin in particular but they all play together.
The 'Weapons' featured in the video to Fight Blue light. We are in a war with it. If your sleep sucks, energy, health issues of any kind... blue light is winning the 'war'.
