Don't Wanna

This video was made possible with two VCRs and a slowly dying RadioShack video switcher. The most intense video distortion is on the 5th generation of the tape. I would have made this video earlier but I was busy animating. I figured a return to form would be fitting at this time of year, considering the same time in 2019 I was just beginning running my videos through a VCR. I got the source material for this video way back in August. This guy sold me a lot of 90s/80s aerobic tapes (some are still sealed) for $5. It was a deal I couldn't pass up. I am glad I drove the 200 miles for all of them because it just means some new videos to come in the following months/years.

My next animation is coming together with time. These days, I have way more screen time than previous years, making anything other than the required schoolwork feel like overkill. I have to take a break off screens for a few days before I feel up to animating or editing. This next animation is going to be a double feature so it will take longer to get to a point where I feel like I am satisfied with it. It's the first time I actually had to work out the logic of the events before I started animating, where everything the main character does effects him yet he doesn't know in the moment.
