Suddenly, their guns aim upward toward something entering the upper atmosphere. It is the arrival of Captain Marvel. She takes down Thanos' ships, gets the guantlet from Spider-Man and flies toward Thanos. They fight.
In the fight between Thanos and Captain Marvel, he headbutts her. Carol Danvers is barely phased during the encounter and she seems to be gaining energy, why? Thanos was taken on Captain America, Thor, and Iron Man, barely receiving a scratch. How is Captain Marvel able to take the headbutt from Thanos and still live? How is Carol Danvers so powerful?
