15 Year Ex Vegan To Carnivore - Endometriosis, Fatigue, Infertility, Ulcerative Colitis
Today I was very lucky to interview a woman (Nicole Carter) who ate a vegan diet for 15 years straight, she just like many others found that long term the vegan diet was unsustainable no matter how hard she tried to make it work by taking special herbs, supplements, etc.
Nicole Carter is a 17-year health coach, a yoga teacher, a psychologist, and a massive health and fitness enthusiast but despite all of her healthy passions, lifestyle, practices and abundant knowledge on the vegan diet she ended up getting a huge amount of serious health issues including infertility, endometriosis, fatigue, ulcerative colitis, and many other health issues holistically whilst eating a vegan diet.
Inevitable due to her not thriving on the vegan diet at all long term she got to breaking point and started to experiment with various animal-based diets including the ketogenic diet and then switching to the carnivore diet which she has been on for 2 years straight.
She found she got remarkable healing benefits holistically by switching up her diet which eventually pushed her in the direction of resolving all of her health issues holistically to a point where she could thrive and function optimally in every way possible.
She does not want other vegans out there to suffer as she did for so long so she shared her ex-vegan story to the carnivore in this interview to hopefully awaken you to the reality that the vegan diet may be destroying your health and to regain it you may need to switch to an animal-based diet to nourish your body with the nutrients you've been lacking for so long on the vegan diet.
