Safety has nothing to do with UCCode enforcement by "authority" & everything to do with control. As a 7-year trucker I saw many good drivers lose their license due only to RED TAPE. Eventually I found myself as that statistic! Immigrants with no experience & often with no knowledge of American ways replaced them, & this is proclaimed as "Development Management."=What could possibly go wrong with that picture in the long run?!!
