The Supreme Court has agreed to here the case of Manhattan Community Access Corp. v. Halleck, No. 17-702. Halleck and another producer were punished for expressing their political views that were critical of the Public Access Television station they worked at. Without thinking, Manhattan Network Neighborhood has decided to escalate this to the US Supreme Court and could very well have opened the door for the Supreme Court to curb social media censorship by Silicon Valley.

In this video we take a look at the case and the impact it could have on the online censorship taking place on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
