Resident with "Hanging Man" Halloween Display Accused of Racism

Original date of story October 3rd, 2019, WTHR, Indianapolis. A Halloween display feature a man hanging in a noose sparks cries of racism from neighbors, prompting backlash and leading to his eviction. A\I just saw this today and it's one of the most ridiculous displays of fake outrage I've seen yet. The man who put this decoration up stated had been putting it up for years. More than likely, these residents had seen it before, but now decided to make a big deal about it. It seems clear to mean they're doing it in bad faith as well. The douchebag anchor makes it a point to state they talked to the landlord, who claimed he was serving an eviction notice to vacate at the end of the month. For what? The dude even said he would take it down, as he hadn't intended to offend anyone. Some soy-ingesting milktoast also gives his two-cent (like anyone except the news gives a rat's ass). If anyone can give some extra information on this story in the comments, it would be great.
