Kathleen talks about the results of holding to her constitutionally secured rights during two court cases:
1. A wealthy land owner has been attempting, since 2019, to encroach upon her land by using the court system to ensure state statutes to take away property value and use of her land. This use of state statutes is in direct conflict with Kathleen’s constitututionally secured rights, as noted in the 4th and 5th Amendments. Kathleen holds to her rights to protect her family, her property and her safety under the Bill of Rights, within the Constitution—the Supreme Law of the Land. Any statute in conflict with the Constitution, is null and void.
2. A request to the courts to issue a civil restraining order against an ex con who has threatened Kathleen’s famil and her, and stolen and damaged her property over a number of years is being heard in a second case. Michael Aragon, the same judge on both cases, finally recused himself four months into the case when he admitted that he had represented this felon in the past, yet did not reveal this which is required by the NM Constitution, Article 18. By not doing so, he perjured his oath and invoked sections 3 and 4 of the 14th Amendment which demands that he leave office, without pension and without any pay.
Perhaps the reasons why when the felon violated the temporary restraining order, twice, the judge took no action against the felon was his own conflict of interest, to which he refused to admit or take any action until January 31, 2022.
3. Two other judges were then assigned to the case, one, the sister to Michael Aragon, Abigail Aragon, and chief judge, Flora Gallegos, who had represented a witness in the easement case, who prior, was convicted of harassment against Kathleen in 2012. Both of these alternate judges recused themselves within the week, leaving no other judges to hold the case in the 4th Judicial District Court. Three of the three judges in the 4th Judicial District Court have no judisiction to hear this case.
Unless we stand up for our creator-given rights, our Sovereignty, our birthrights, unless we learn about this, the illegal actions established by the “legal” system of statutes, rules, orders, policies, mandates, opinions, presumptions, will be the “Rule of Law.” Until we learn how to represent ourselves Sui Juris, remove the BAR attorneys from this unlawful system, we will continue to lose, because that is how corrupt the court system is. Additionally BAR attorneys are self-licensed within their own corporate non-governmental private association. The state bar is an unconstiuttional Monopoly. And violates Article 2, Section1, Separation of Powers clause of the Constitution. There is no power or authority for joining of legislative, judicial or exectuive within a state as the BAR is attempting.
