PART 1, make sure you watch PART 2. We can solve a problem by acting it out. To use the strategy "act it out", we can use counters or draw quick pictures. We can skip-count equal groups to find the total. We solve 5 word problems that involve equal groups and skip-counting to find how many altogether.
