Three clandestine tobacco factories that employed Ukrainians were dismantled in Spain

Illegal factories were located in the cities of Seville, Valencia and Logroño. Ukrainians working in such factories moved to Spain illegally or under international protection. They were housed in the "factories," living in prefabricated huts and not leaving them to avoid detection, the country's Civil Guard reported.

The production capacity of such factories was about 540 thousand packs of cigarettes a day, and the illegal products were distributed throughout Spain.

During the raid, law enforcement officers detained 27 suspects in the organization of illegal production. Ten tons of tobacco leaf, luxury cars, jewelry and 300 thousand euros in cash were seized.
