Created this for relaxing at night.
Listened to the uploads on Youtube and found some Sleep Rhythm Theta Waves worked better than others.
So I Experimented until I created one that worked for me. Maybe it will for you too. 👍
At Night I play this in a loop ,repeating a single 🌞short positive affirmation phrase in my mind.(a prayer, a promise, a need ect) .
Try to make it a simple rhyme that matches beat.
Then repeat it to the rhythm of the drum beat so it all flows together. Concentrating on it as it flows "Within and Without you"🎸
I used Ableton LIVE to create the Deep Bass / Drum Theta Wave at 432hz.
I incorporated Stereo Panning to roll the Binaural effect from Right to Left ears for added Depths.
Also added the Rain in the background to Eliminate Tinnitus ringing and get to sleep.
