How would you go about to inform people during a time when the masses were illiterate, pen and paper wasn't easy to come by. Not to speak of publications and tyrants censoring whatever doesn't suit them? After his death, Niccolò Machiavelli's book 'The Prince' began to spread around despite getting banned. Today his surname has become a term, Machiavellian, and while his work is seen as a guide for psychopaths in power - how can you make something that exposes the nature of power for the masses, and not have it become inspiration for aspiring leaders? His dedication of the book was in my opinion a cover for the book to get passed and published. The Medici rejected it anyway and the author died never imagining what path the book would take and still be talked about 500 years later. Anyway, here are some thoughts on that. /All the best
