Underage SLAVERY, prostitution and narcotics in South Africa (around 2005) Around 2005 (approximately) I can guarantee this problem is much worse today than it was in 2005. This task team was shut down not long after this documentary; the question is to who did they get too close?
This really started from the middle 90's after the 1994 April elections in South Africa, mostly due to the new government replacing management with political appointments. Police discipline wasn't maintained and corruption became fairly normal.
