Here is my panic attack caught on camera! This is actual footage of my last panic attack 3 1/2 years ago! I suffered from severe panic disorder and would have 5-10 panic attacks a day! Most common panic attack symptoms were shortness of breath, chest pain, fast heart rate, higher blood pressure, shaking, tingling, numbess, and ibs symptoms.
