Fancy seeing some OHP again! I was just filming this to check my form. However I got to thinking that this weight used to seem heavy/challenging, being one of my top sets, or build up sets to it. Now I am doing it with ease, as accessory work, for my shoulders, immediately after heavy benching. I know it is not crazy weight, (milestone goal is 60 kgs for 3x10, which I maaaay already be able to do; given enough rest, and not being fatigued from doing bench, right before) but I know the struggles of OHP, and how hard of a time people have with it, so I thought I would use this vid as a bit of inspiration for people to KEEP GRINDIN'! 🤘🏻
