Exercise is easily one of the worst things you can do to yourself if you have not provided your body with the nutrition it needs to maintain and repair its bone matrix. If you believe in any way whatsoever that better health can be derived from exercise you have been deeply brainwashed. The only way that exercise can be deemed to be good for your body is if you have taken care of at least 90 other nutrient cofactors the body is required to get every single day in order to be able to make the claim that exercise is not damaging your body. If you are not feeding the body what it needs to repair, regrow, and maintain ligaments, bones, joints, tendons, cartilage, and all parts of the skin that make up connective tissue systems then exercise is damaging your body.
