Two minute steak tartare
Raw meat is super healthy! The studies which show meat to be a carcinogen all use COOKED meat. Our cavemen ancestors ate the ancestors of todays cows - aurochs. They ate them raw.
Cooking is an invention of the mesolithic and neolithic.

VERY IMPORTANT: Keep any meat or fish that you are going to eat raw in the freezer for at least 10 days to kill any potential parasite eggs. (Bacteria we are less worried about). Disinfect your chopping board with hydrogen peroxide or boiling water. Bamboo chopping boards don't warp when washed.
Steak tartare is usually a posh dish with all kinds of things in it: chopped onions, chopped egg, capers, Worcester sauce, a dash of tabasco etc.etc. Keep that for your dinner parties.
My version has none of those things in it but in my opinion is more delicious and it can be made in minutes. It's comfort food.
My version is a Seignalet legal dish but it's also classic food combining legal.
Note that in the video I go a bit overboard with the Dijon mustard. It was a while since I'd last made it. You only need a teaspoonful or two per person.
My videos now show all the rudiments of my version of the Seignalet diet. Eat just fruit for breakfast or much better one of my hypernutrition juices then some fruit about 90 minutes later. Have my "Healthiest Lunch Ever" for lunch. You can eat this every day but I will be shooting some videos of alternative lunches. Subscribe so that you are notified. Evening meal is simple: a large bowl of salad with some protein: very soft boiled egg or mixed nuts or almonds or seeds, (Pumpkin seeds are very good for the prostates of older men like me) or flakes of raw wild salmon or steak tartare or chorizo or Bresaula or saucisson etc. etc. (Keep your deli meats also in the freezer for 10 days at least) Add some yeast flakes, avocdado, and sauerkraut to your salad.
