I was not feeling that good today, and was prepared to take it easy, and go for 5-7 reps or so, and leave a bit in the tank. However, the weight was moving so easily, and before I knew it, I had already got to my previous best of 8 reps; so I figured I could go for at least one more. I lost my balance on the 9th, but I recovered, recomposed myself, and felt like I could try for ten, and decided to go for it. Amazingly, I DID IT! I am over the moon, right now ladies and gents. A 60 Kilo OHP for 10 ten reps has been a goal of mine for a VERY long time; and not only did I hit it, but I did itwith PAUSED reps, and exceeded my recent previous best by TWO WHOLE REPS. AMAZING DAY! 🤟🏻
